How do you ensure live plants arrive safely?

All live plants are professionally packed in moisture-retaining thermal insulation and shipped via express courier to ensure they arrive at your door in peak condition.

What is your return policy for aquarium equipment?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all unused and unopened equipment. Please note that for safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened water treatments or fish food.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship our hardscape and equipment worldwide. However, due to agricultural regulations, live plants and biological additives can only be shipped within the continental United States.

What should I do if my glass tank arrives damaged?

We provide a 100% Arrival Guarantee. If your tank arrives cracked or broken, please take a photo of the damage and the packaging immediately and contact our support team within 24 hours for a free replacement.
